The outdoor area was chill 😍. The large jug of ice water in my room was thoughtful. But, my room had NO privacy and it was super noisy! Felt like I was in the lobby all night.

Conversations and sounds from the lobby made it nearly impossible to sleep, and there was no effort from staff to address the situation despite my complaints. The amenities in the room were sparse, with no kettle or coffee maker, making my stay less comfortable.

However, my room's location near the lobby was a nightmare for privacy. Sounds from the lobby and kitchen carried into my room, making it hard to sleep. I stayed up late due to conversations from guests in the lobby. Plus, the furnishings felt sparse with no kettle or coffee maker. I needed rest for a 6 am appointment the next day, but loud chatter disrupted my sleep. Requesting a room farther from the lobby might enhance the experience for future guests. The outdoor breakfast area was a bright spot, providing a lovely setting to enjoy meals. Staff were hardworking, especially the young lady managing the place, contributing positively to my stay.
